What are eyelash extensions?

Individual, synthetic lash extensions are bonded with medically-safe glue to your natural lashes to create a full, natural, long-lasting look.

Will eyelash extensions damage my natural lashes?

No, because an eyelash only lives for 30 to 60 days there is no opportunity for lash damage. When your natural lashes gradually shed the extensions will simply fall out with them. It is important to remember to avoid salons that use stacking or bridging techniques as these methods can put tension on hair follicles and cause damage to future hair growth.

What should I expect during my appointment?

You will be comfortably reclined with your eyes closed while I apply eyelash extensions one at a time to your own natural lashes. There is no discomfort or pain involved in the procedure. In fact, most clients find it so relaxing and comfortable that they fall asleep! And by all means, feel free to bring your earphones and ipod!

I just had my eyelash extensions applied, why did a few fall off immediately?

During the application, we can’t tell which ones are at the beginning or end of their growth cycle. If we happen to apply it onto an eyelash that’s near its demise (so to speak) then we sadly are unable to resuscitate that poor lash!

What is the difference between Volume VS. Classic?

Classic lashes- A method where 1 lash extension is glued to 1 natural lash. This method is also known as 1 to 1 or 1:1. Classic lashes are perfect for clients who already have a lot of lashes, but want to add more length. Classic lashes look more natural. 

Volume lashes- Multiple lashes are applied to one single natural eyelash individually isolating one natural eyelash at a time using very thin lashes  . If two eyelash extensions are applied to one natural lash it’s described as 2D, if three eyelash extensions are applied to one natural eyelash then it’s described as 3D etc. This method is also known as Russian volume. The lash extensions used in this method are significantly thinner than the lash extensions used for the classic lash method. Volume lashes are lighter, fluffier and give the client a fuller look. Volume lashes are prefect for clients who don't have a lot of lashes, have sparse lashes, bald spots or just want a more dramatic look without having to use a thicker lash. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give us a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you cannot make it to your appointment in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 50%. Same day cancellations will be subject to full price of service, failure to pay fee will prevent you from making future appointments.
